Eleanor Langton

Ellie has joined Maudsley Learning for her first placement on the NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme, specialising in HR. Ellie works closely with the R&D team to help optimise the design and evaluation of our training and education programmes. Ellie is also involved in a number of external projects, collaborating with partners across SLaM and South London, and is working to develop the team's internal HR functions to support the staff in our team. Ellie is interested in strategic workforce planning and has a passion for workforce wellbeing.
