Dr Thomas Dewhurst

Tom is a psychiatrist and medical psychotherapist who completed his training on the Maudsley Training Programme. He is interested in the assessment and treatment of Personality Disorders and currently works in a Tier 3 Personality Disorder Service. He leads clinical direction for the Lewisham SUN Project, providing psychodynamic and practical supervision for SUN facilitators. He is also an accredited Dynamic Interpersonal Therapist and Balint leader, and co-leads the reflective practice group programme for GKT medical students. Outside work he likes to sing and play guitar with his band.
