We conducted a consultation following an action learning approach, which involved the following methods to maximise stakeholder engagement:
- Initial literature review
- System engagement and consultancy
- Leadership interviews
- Staff surveys
- Feedback workshops
- Strategy development workshop
- Network building workshop.
These activities resulted in supporting the development of a SEL UEC Wellbeing report, a network development guide, a literature review of UEC staff wellbeing needs, and the establishment of a SEL UEC Wellbeing network.
