Our team offer a range of courses to support staff returning to work, ranging from short webinars to one-day workshops and a four-day training bootcamp. We have also published a short report evaluating the outcomes of the four-day training bootcamp for clinician’s returning to work, and have other research projects underway, including a systematic review of the psychosocial needs of doctors returning to work, and a research study on the needs of staff returning to work during the COVID-19 pandemic.
