Virtual Reality Champions - Train the Trainer Course

This one-day course is currently available online as part of a train-the-trainer model, complemented by supplementary e-learning resources, peer support from our existing champions network, and guidance on the most effective ways to integrate it into your clinical setting. We also offer this training as faculty-led debrief sessions. It is suitable for all healthcare staff, both clinical and non-clinical, and is applicable to acute and mental health trusts.

We provide virtual reality headsets for learners, making the training easy to implement without the need for additional equipment setup. The current course focuses on de-escalation training, while previous iterations centered around addressing racial inequality in healthcare.

Please note that enrollment in this course is currently funded by the Knowledge Asset Grant, and you must receive approval from our team to be eligible.
