The morning consists of presentations and Q&A sessions based on children and young people’s experience of mental health and the ways we can improve this. Over lunch there will be a marketplace for stalls introducing relevant projects, training, and initiatives. The afternoon session provides delegates the chance to attend 3 different workshops focused on practical steps to support young people’s mental health.
Presenters and workshop facilitators are from a range of health, social, third sector and other organisations involved in exciting workaround young people’s mental health in Lambeth.
The conference is run by Maudsley Learning, South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, and the Children and Young People’s Health Partnership, and supported by Health Education England.
