About the course

The CUES-Ed Core program is an innovative psycho-education project based in primary schools designed to improve emotional wellbeing and resilience. Based on a CBT model and delivered over 8 weeks, CUES-Ed helps children to recognise and make links between thoughts, feelings and behaviour. It encourages them to learn how to talk about this with others. It teaches children how to notice when things aren’t right and techniques to help manage difficulties.
