About the course

This workshop builds on the basic and ends on the latest research in non-medical treatments of depression. Behavioural Activation is an intervention of choice for depression and is widely used in psychology services. We will cover the assessment of patients with depression to identify problematic lifestyle, cognitive, and interpersonal factors, as well as how to make use of CBT for sleep, exercise, triple chronotherapy, and nutritional interventions in your management plans.
